Leadership - Young company, seasoned leadership.

In Your Home has been in operation since 2003. That’s not as long as many companies, but we started this company with a vision of meeting a much needed service need in a superior fashion, rather than just having had some success and deciding that franchising was a way to make more money. We have invested a great deal of time and money proving the concept and making the company what it is today—and making it ready for tomorrow.

David Dickinson has a 25 year history in market research, sales, business consulting, management training and corporate management. Most recently he was Group Vice President in charge of worldwide primary research services at Gartner. His team's have routinely set standards for customer retention and for creating great work environments. He’s a family man with two young boys.

Brian Bartholomew. With his MBA in management, Brian has a proven track record of improving financial management systems for service businesses large and small and has helped guide companies through the stages of growth—and in some cases, back from the brink of financial insolvency. Brian’s three children are of college age.

Brian and Dave have worked together in various capacities for over 20 years. They started In Your Home because their experiences with their own parents told them there was a need, and careful market analysis showed them there was the opportunity. They bring strong, experienced and committed leadership to the team.

We believe that the youth of the company combined with our experience gives you a ground floor opportunity to become part of a fast growing and winning opportunity.
